Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Jas Oberoi Personal Real Estate Corporation. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily tasks and projects
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
