Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

Job Summary

Installation Reno Expert Inc. seeks a residential construction supervisor to oversee the execution of residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.


Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of carpenters, cabinetmakers, apprentices, and labourers.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards on-site.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients and project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors.
  • Work Setting: Residential construction sites.
