Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

Installation Reno Expert Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and train a team of carpenters, cabinetmakers, apprentices, trades helpers, and labourers.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including costs, materials, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Work Environment:
