Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

Join Installation Reno Expert Inc. as a Residential Construction Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, oversee apprenticeship training, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise workers and projects, recruit and hire workers, and train or arrange for training.
  • Communication: Estimate costs and materials, set up equipment, and read blueprints and drawings.
  • Logistics: Requisition materials and supplies, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, construction site.
  • Work Setting: Construction, industrial, residential.
