Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

Installation Reno Expert Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned construction professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation of site conditions, materials, and labor.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in residential construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
Work Environment:
