**Job Summary**

">The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and retention.

">Key Responsibilities
">1. Identify and explore new business opportunities by contacting potential partners and discovering new markets.
">2. Participate in conference calls and web-based meetings to discuss project requirements and negotiate contracts.
">3. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
">4. Manage a broad book of accounts that vary in spend levels, focusing on retaining, growing, and onboarding new contacts.
">5. Meet productivity expectations related to the Voices Representative Productivity Index benchmarks.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">1. Prospecting skills, sales planning, selling to customer needs, closing skills, motivation for sales, presentation skills, meeting sales goals, and professionalism.
">2. Excellent communication skills, including listening, presenting, and interpersonal skills.
">3. Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management experience is considered an asset.
">4. At least 1-2 years of experience on Inside Sales Teams, Acquisitions, or Business Development Teams.
">Educational Requirements
">1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales position with a proven track record of achieving targets.
">2. Completion of a college diploma or university degree or equivalent experience.
">3. Experience communicating through video conferencing software like GMeet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
">4. Salesforce or CRM experience is an asset.
">5. A valid passport for market travel opportunities is considered an asset.
