About the Role

Aon is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Health Solutions team as a Consultant - Delivery Lead. This role requires a strong background in health benefits and a proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all client deliverables and ensure timely project management.
  • Work closely with Relationship Leads to understand client strategies and coordinate with business units to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support with benefits and rewards questions, and coordinating with required business units as needed.
  • Responsible for delivering work outlined in engagement letters and identifying opportunities for additional revenue and services.
  • Project manage business unit delivery of work, ensuring it meets scope and client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of client revenue.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in the health benefits realm is required.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, commerce, or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and a keen eye for business.
  • Natural curiosity and a positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Life insurance license required within 12 months if not already held.
