Real Estate Team Leader and Strategic Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Team Leader and Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team at New Street. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for nurturing new sales opportunities, fostering a consultative approach, and building strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, collaborative, and creative team player with a solid understanding of real estate marketing channels, particularly in the digital space. They should have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to effectively present complex ideas to clients.
This role requires a high level of integrity, trust, and professionalism, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our team to develop overarching strategic sales direction for client pitches. You will also be responsible for synthesizing large amounts of real estate data and information into cohesive stories for market updates and presentations.

Responsibilities:
- Pursue innovative lead generation tools and leverage advanced social media opportunities to attract new clients.
- Develop and amplify a professional local brand to enhance the company's reputation and attract targeted connections and relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to demonstrate the resources and expertise of New Street during the sales process, ensuring confidence in the value and competence of our solutions.
- Execute high-level integrity and trust with both internal and external customers.
- Effectively advance qualified business leads from initial lead through to sales qualified through strategic touchpoints and the utilization of custom software.
- Synthesize large amounts of real estate data and information into cohesive stories for market updates and presentations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of all real estate service categories, including residential resale, pre-construction, builder marketing, builder sales, and mortgages.
Qualifications:
- High energy and a winning goal-oriented attitude.
- 1+ years of previous real estate experience or new agent looking to gain experience via a 6-month training/shadowing program.
- Strategic and creative thinking – must be able to contribute to the development of high-level client strategies and creative concepts.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with authority and confidence.
- Detail-oriented multi-tasker with excellent project and time management skills.
- Presentation experience and ability to command a room and evoke trust amongst clients.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $750,000+, based on commissions and growth. We offer diversified income sources through subsidiary businesses, making this an attractive opportunity for individuals who are driven by their performance and willing to put in the effort to succeed.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
