We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Leader to join our team at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have experience in supervising and coordinating the activities of kitchen staff, as well as training new team members in their job duties and procedures. You will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply requirements, maintaining accurate records, and submitting regular reports.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. You should also be knowledgeable about food safety and sanitation procedures, and have a strong understanding of inventory management.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Working ConditionsThis is a full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with tight deadlines and high expectations. You should be comfortable working in a standing position for extended periods and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
