Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Director to join our team at Celestica Inc. in Toronto, ON, CA. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership in developing and implementing supply chain management processes to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inventory metrics and dashboard views to provide management visibility and drive action plans to exceed targets.
  • Lead executive-level reporting, including MOR/MER, to identify key initiatives and improvement areas.
  • Develop and maintain harmonized customer inventory models to forecast revenue and mix changes, develop long-term strategic plans, and annual plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and processes to deliver industry-leading supply chain flexibility.
  • Provide leadership in CCS quotes, leveraging the Turns Model to improve inventory turns quoted.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business or Engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience with 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of electronic manufacturing environments, materials, and processes.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain management, operational excellence, and inventory management.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and problems internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Working Conditions
  • Duties performed in a normal office environment.
  • Extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or numbers and other detailed data.
  • Frequent repetitive manual movements, such as data entry and using a computer mouse.
