Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Supply Chain Management Leader to join our team at Celestica Inc.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain management, with a focus on inventory optimization and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inventory metrics and dashboard views to provide visibility into supply chain performance.
  • Drive action plans and report progress to ensure inventory levels meet business requirements.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain executive-level reporting, identifying key initiatives and areas for improvement.
  • Lead the development of team action plans to exceed targets, with regular review and feedback.
  • Evaluate new customer opportunities to develop and cost effective supply chain solutions.
  • Provide leadership and ownership of inventory-related processes, tools, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve inventory-related issues and improve supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business or Engineering), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 11-14 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, including inventory optimization and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to lead, manage, train, and motivate diverse groups of managers and employees.
  • Familiarity with IT concepts and integrated business applications (SAP, Rapid Response, Business Objects, Excel).
Benefits

Celestica Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

The estimated salary for this role in Toronto, ON, CA is approximately $180,000 per year.
