Transforming Supply Chains for Global Success

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Supply Chain Transformation Director to join our team at Canada Goose. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that align with our global goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the SVP of Supply Chain & Manufacturing to drive long-term strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across departments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in transforming the supply chain to be faster, more flexible, and cost-efficient, while maintaining product quality and consumer value.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to drive efficiency and optimize operational performance.
  • Monitor and optimize operational and capital expenditures, ensuring robust financial performance and delivering strong financial results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping teams prioritize key initiatives and make faster, smarter decisions, fostering mutual growth and success.
  • Be a connector across departments, ensuring seamless execution and alignment, while keeping leadership informed of risks and providing actionable solutions.
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Sponsor the implementation of systems that enhance data visibility and speed up decision-making, enabling data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Build strong business cases for transformation efforts, reducing costs and improving working capital and cash flow.
  • Lead contract negotiations and supplier agreements to foster mutual growth and success, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Who You Are:
  • A seasoned leader with 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • An expert in leading large-scale, global supply chain transformation initiatives and operational improvements in complex environments.
  • A financially savvy individual with strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, financial reporting, and building business cases.

$120,000 - $150,000 per year
