We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administration Clerk to join our team at Native Counselling Services of Alberta. As an Office Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff and clients, including typing, proofreading, and data entry.
- Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide general information, and maintain accurate records.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain a high level of organization, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and WordPerfect.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
