Job Title: Amazon Ecommerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Amazon FBA professional to join our team at Creative Niche as a permanent, full-time Amazon Ecommerce Operations Specialist. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations and supporting the growth of Amazon within our personal care client.

About the Role

This key position reports to the Ecommerce Manager and will be responsible for sharing insights, leveraging data, and liaising with counterparts across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Proficient in Seller Central and its capabilities, ensuring seamless management of the portfolio through the FBA program.
  • List new innovations and delist products efficiently, maintaining a clean and updated database of products.
  • Support compliance issues by managing ongoing fixes, including working with operations for supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate product data within master files and support weekly inventory optimizations with the distribution and operations team.
  • Optimize monthly advertising budgets by analyzing campaigns, monitoring spend, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and developing strategic plans to enhance Amazon presence during key events.
  • Enhance listings through adequate categorization and ongoing keyword analysis, promoting visibility and driving sales.
  • Monitor sales trends, order volumes, and share actionable insights to support growth hacking initiatives.
  • Promptly address customer satisfaction issues and develop processes to maintain goodwill.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, distribution, finance, and US counterparts to drive business success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of direct Amazon FBA experience.
  • Proven ERP experience.
  • Previous category and inventory management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues with resourcefulness and creativity.
  • Proficiency in data platforms and Excel.
  • A strong analytical and sales-focused mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • A collaborative attitude, willing to support the organization when needed.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $65,000-$80,000, depending on location and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
