Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

SUSHI & NOODLE is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain quality control standards by ensuring that food and service meet our high expectations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English is required.
