Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 100 Mile House Holdings Ltd. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members, including cooks, food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
  • Food Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of performance.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately staffed to meet the demands of the restaurant.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, and ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
