Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 100 Mile House Holdings Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Hire and manage food service staff.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in food service management.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food is served.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Food Service Supervisor will work 35-40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and occasional overtime as required.
