Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUSHI & NOODLE. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality control standards are met
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth
  • Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
