We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Law Assistant to join our team at Canamex-Carbra Transportation Services Inc.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for team members
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a corporate law setting
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
