Truck Drivers Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Truck Drivers Operations Manager to join our team at Jaguar Hauling Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our truck drivers and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of workers and ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team members.
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times, creating a safe working environment for everyone.
- Recommend personnel actions such as promotions, terminations, or transfers.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for the smooth operation of our trucking business.
As a Truck Drivers Operations Manager at Jaguar Hauling Ltd., you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the trucking industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Please note that this is a permanent position, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication is English, and proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
