Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team at Yes Concrete Cutting and Coring Inc. as a Heavy Equipment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, including backhoe excavators and loaders, to perform excavation and construction tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment, including backhoe excavators and loaders, to perform excavation and construction tasks.
  • Measure distance, volume, length, and weight to ensure accurate excavation and construction.
  • Understand and follow safety protocols, including material safety data sheets (MSDS), to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Complete onboard and other logs to track equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Secure special attachments to equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Operate hydraulic pumping systems to perform excavation and construction tasks.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as an excavator operator.
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Overtime required.
  • On the road job.
