Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team at Yes Concrete Cutting and Coring Inc.
Job Summary:The Excavator Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, including backhoes and loaders, to excavate and move materials on various construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Measure and calculate distances, volumes, and weights to ensure accurate excavation
- Understand and follow safety protocols, including material safety data sheets (MSDS)
- Complete daily logs and reports to track equipment usage and site progress
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Secure special attachments to equipment as required
- Operate hydraulic pumping systems to power equipment
- 1-2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Ability to work outdoors in hot and dusty conditions
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ongoing training and mentorship programs
