About the Role

Paladin Security is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team. If you have a passion for helping people and a strong track record of handling responsibility, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming presence.
  • Prevent theft, violence, or infraction of rules and regulations.
  • Monitor site visitors and perform ID checks in accordance with site policies and procedures.
  • Respond professionally to site emergencies, including alarms, medical emergencies, fires, and other urgent matters.
  • Effectively communicate all suspicious activities, concerns, issues, and events.
  • Prepare and maintain professional and effective reports regarding security violations and hazardous occurrences.
Requirements and Benefits
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in security or customer service.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Bilingualism (where applicable).
  • A valid New Brunswick Security License.
