About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at KRX Canada Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.

Cleanliness and Safety

Ensure that the kitchen and work areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a timely manner.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Proven track record of menu planning, inventory management, and team leadership
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Fluency in English
