About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 13832422 Canada Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and mentor a team of chefs and cooks to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Provide guidance and support to help team members develop their careers and achieve their goals.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
    • Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and minimize costs.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Working Conditions

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of chefs and cooks. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a physically demanding environment and be able to lift heavy objects.
