About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing procurement activities for global meetings and events.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to secure best-value solutions for EO's meetings and events worldwide.
  • Manage a preferred vendor list, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations.
  • Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide reports to senior leadership on procurement activity, highlighting successes and challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand event needs, navigating logistical and regulatory complexities of international events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; 5+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or meeting planning.
  • Proven expertise in competitive procurement, contract negotiations, event vendor management, and sourcing hotels for large-scale events.
  • Experience in both international and domestic event planning, including managing logistics and coordinating with global venues and suppliers.
What We Offer
  • A highly competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
