About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sushi Langford - Belmont. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
