Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sushi Langford - Belmont. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our staff on their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our team is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
