Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Fit Kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

About the Role

The Executive Chef will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare meals and ensure efficient service.
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Developing and implementing new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Managing kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a cook or chef in a commercial kitchen.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits
