About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Staff (Barista) to join our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy's Weyburn, SK location. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by providing legendary service, quality beverages, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill orders and complete sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain inventory, complete food preparation, and provide product information to customers.
  • Operate cash register and handle different forms of payment.
  • Clean and stock customer areas, and maintain knowledge of Starbucks' products and procedures.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Requirements:

  • Previous Starbucks experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Must have open and flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to deliver world-class customer service and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be an excellent team player and able to work with a diverse group of individuals.
