Job Summary
We are seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our Starbucks team in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and ensuring the delivery of legendary customer service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and comfortable store environment.
- Assist the Store Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in the food service industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Starbucks products and procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
