Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality procedures, standards, and specifications to achieve 360°kids' goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective partnerships and ensure integration of all programs.
  • Design and implement program evaluations, surveys, and data analysis to inform strategies and performance objectives.
  • Review and assess program outputs, outcomes, and tracking methods to ensure alignment with funder requirements and strategic priorities.
  • Support the development and management of projects and programs that require qualitative and quantitative data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of working with street-involved youth.
  • Familiarity with quality management tools, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification and vulnerable sector screening.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, delegation, coaching, and empowerment skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to encourage new ideas and stimulate program growth.
