THE ROLE

This role involves being the voice for our festival clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs, and shaping future products. You'll build strong relationships with festival experts and translate user needs into business cases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gain and represent deep understanding of user persona needs.
  • Create and escalate KPI-driven business cases.
  • Support project management organization in communication and presentation.
  • Identify and communicate market trends and competitive threats.
  • Drive solution development strategy based on competition and market dynamics.
  • Ensure key software performance metrics are defined and achieved.
  • Complete post-mortems to identify critical success factors.
  • Support and work in collaboration with leaders to create product and technology strategies.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Previous experience in the ticketing field and e-commerce technology.
  • Demonstrated delivery of multiple product cycles in an agile environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and executive-level communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solution-oriented and team-focused.
  • Highly analytical and curious.
