Lead Product Development for Festivals

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of our festival product offerings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our festival clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with festival experts, product teams, and stakeholders to understand user needs and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with festival clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on festival or event-based products.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful product launches and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field.
