Senior Product Manager, Festivals

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our Product Management organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of innovative products and features that meet the evolving needs of our festival clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of festival persona needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with global festival experts to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
  • Create and present business cases to drive product development and launch.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and maintain key software performance metrics to measure product success.
  • Conduct post-mortem analyses to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on front-end user experiences and backend processes.
  • Previous experience in the ticketing industry, with a strong understanding of e-commerce and technology trends.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple product cycles in an agile environment.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curiosity-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with an MBA a plus.
