  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure the sales team is working efficiently.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure stock levels are optimal.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure the sales team is working effectively.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

As a Sales Supervisor at Dr. Phone Fix, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy workloads. You must be able to handle pressure and work effectively in a team.
