Sales Team Lead

At Dr. Phone Fix, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate records.
- Establish work schedules and ensure the sales floor is staffed accordingly.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure stock levels are optimal.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
As a Sales Supervisor at Dr. Phone Fix, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy workloads. You must be able to handle pressure and maintain attention to detail while working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements:- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
