Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandising Team Lead to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising and resetting products at retail accounts to ensure customer and client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement customer-approved schematics and planograms with all items tagged and approved by store management.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Complete accurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience in retail merchandising and/or selling.
  • Previous retail experience and strong self-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • $20/hour pay.
  • Morning/Day Time schedule (no nights or weekends).
  • Flexible schedule.
