Sales Team Lead

At Dr. Phone Fix, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
- Authorize payments and manage sales transactions
- Establish work schedules and manage team performance
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory levels
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales teams
- 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 hours per week
