About the Role
The Strategic Health Director will oversee the operations of the Regional and Specialist Services Business Unit, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources, robust governance of healthcare quality and safety, and commitment to the direction provided by our clients, families, and community. Key responsibilities include budget planning and management, workforce development, and implementing large-scale health initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a purpose and values-driven approach, with a commitment to the principles and practice of Aboriginal community control. You will have high-level management experience working within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community-controlled health sector or in a comparable not-for-profit, government, or private sector organization. You will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to promote a culture of integrity, integration, collaboration, and respect.
