About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our pioneering Labs team, dedicated to unlocking new revenue streams for our mobile app. As a high-impact, high-visibility role, you will have significant autonomy to set direction and drive tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a clear product strategy from conception to market, with direct influence on company-wide priorities and revenue growth.
  • Build and mentor a cross-functional team of top performers, fostering a high-energy, collaborative environment that thrives on creativity and calculated risk-taking.
  • Lead an agile team in creating and testing innovative mobile app features at high speed, championing a culture of continuous experimentation, learning, and iteration.
  • Create a robust process for ideation, prioritization, and development of new revenue-generating features that add customer value to our free service offering.
  • Own the outcomes, key metrics, and OKRs to measure success for Labs, developing sophisticated experimentation frameworks to rapidly validate ideas and drive continuous improvement.
  • Become an expert in the needs of our users and partners, advocating for a user-centric approach that solves pain points and drives engagement.
Requirements
  • A seasoned Mobile Product Leader with 7+ years of experience, including a record of launching innovative revenue-driving mobile user experiences at scale.
  • An exceptional communicator who can influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • A positive, high-energy leader who instills a sense of urgency and excitement in their team.
  • An experimentation evangelist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and fosters an environment where creativity and calculated risk-taking are encouraged.
