About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chief Human Resources Administrator to join our team at QRPS Inc.

This is a permanent position with 32 to 35 hours per week. The work language is English.

Job Summary

The Chief Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, and providing information or services to employees.

This role requires excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
