Our Community Health Workers provide home support services to clients, assisting with personal care and daily living activities while promoting maximum independence.

They play a key role in the home healthcare plan for each client, working closely with the care team to ensure seamless support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Perform household duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Prepare meals according to designated plans
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Observe and report changes in client behavior and condition
  • Perform delegated tasks according to training and procedures

About this Opportunity:

This is a casual opportunity, meaning hours are not guaranteed and may vary. Casual employees are eligible to apply for internal postings, including permanent and temporary positions.

Shifts of work will be scheduled days and evenings, rotating between 07:00 to 15:00, 07:00 to 11:30, 13:00 to 21:00, 13:00 to 15:30, and 15:00 to 23:00 hours.
