Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Patient Interaction: Engage in one-on-one care, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
  • Technical Duties: Monitor patients throughout their treatment, including recording vital statistics and preparing dialysis machines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and operational processes.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term connections with patients, providing education on kidney health and dialysis.
  • Collaborative Team Environment: Work under the guidance of registered nurses within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Be prepared for varying shifts based on patient needs, including early mornings and weekends.

Position Details:

  • Training may occur in various settings, with a commitment of 32-40 hours per week.
  • Flexibility in location and schedule is essential, as you may be required to work across multiple clinics.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine desire to support individuals in need of healthcare.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Comfortable working with medical equipment and in clinical settings.
  • Ability to work long hours while maintaining a patient-centered focus.
  • Prior healthcare experience is advantageous, including certifications in relevant fields.
  • Compliance with vaccination requirements is mandatory.
