Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Lazio Italian Bakery and Deli. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our Italian heritage and meet the tastes of our customers.
- Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare and present dishes to the highest standard.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have the resources needed to meet customer demand.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food served meets our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
