**About the Role**
As a Casualty Claims Adjuster at Northbridge Financial Corporation, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate complex insurance claims. With a focus on Auto BI and CGL claims, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations, assessing coverage and liability, and working closely with third parties to resolve claims efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims to determine coverage and liability
- Work closely with third parties, including claimants, witnesses, and experts, to gather information and evidence
- Assess and evaluate claims to determine the extent of coverage and potential liability
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and explanations on claim status
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and claims management, to ensure seamless claim resolution
**Requirements**
- 3-5 years of experience in claims adjusting or a related field
- Completed a 3 or 4 year post-secondary program in a relevant field
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
