Claims Adjuster, Casualty and Litigation Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to join our Casualty Claims Department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for investigating and assessing coverage and liability for Auto BI and CGL claims. Your strong customer service background and ability to work collaboratively with third parties will be essential in driving claims to resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and assess coverage and liability for Auto BI and CGL claims
- Work directly with third parties to drive claims to resolution
- Provide efficient and prompt investigation and assessment
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- 3-5 years of adjusting experience
- Completed a 3 or 4 year post-secondary program
- Strong customer service background
- Open-minded and team-first mentality

The salary band for this role in Vancouver is $60,000-$75,000. Actual pay may be below or above this range based on your knowledge, skills, and level of ability relative to expectations for the role.
