Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and empower a team of managers and staff to achieve outstanding performance and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive an exceptional dining experience, with prompt and courteous service, clean facilities, and high-quality food.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales, develop effective marketing campaigns, and promote new menu items and promotions.
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a management position, preferably in the hospitality or quick-service industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • A strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
