The Director of Financial Operations will oversee the day-to-day running of the Finance function and implement the strategy and direction for the function, as provided by the President of JAN-PRO of Southwestern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and management reporting for the company.
  • Develop annual accounts for audit and annual statutory reporting.
  • Implement the Odoo ERP system and ensure the Finance function is fully integrated within it.
  • Supervise and manage the Payroll Coordinator and Accountant.
  • Monitor day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
  • Complete tax returns and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Provide financial and analytical support to the President.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of communications and resolution of issues.
