The role of an RPN at Bayshore is multifaceted and rewarding. You will be working in a community setting, providing nursing care to clients in their homes. This includes establishing, monitoring, and delivering nursing care plans as per the client's needs and in accordance with all required professional practice standards.

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate RPN to join our team. If you have previous experience in community care, acute care, or long-term care, and possess demonstrated clinical competencies, positive interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, then we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide client care by utilizing observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching skills
  • Deliver care according to established care plans, ensuring the emotional, spiritual, physical comfort, and safety of clients
  • Perform routine nursing duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and Standards of Nursing Practice
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehab assistants, speech-language pathologists, social workers, personal support workers, and dieticians

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed/Registered Practical Nursing Program
  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body
  • Previous experience in community care, acute care, or long-term care
  • Demonstrated clinical competencies, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively
